Key Responsibilities:
As a Waiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the system.
- Serving food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintaining knowledge of the menu and making recommendations to guests.
- Following all food safety and hygiene standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Nationality: Only For Selected Nationalities
- Location: Candidates should be in the UAE with a valid visit or cancelled visa, with a minimum visa remaining validity of 30+ days.
- Experience: Previous experience as a waiter is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, carry trays, and perform physical tasks.
